Kitchen & Bathroom Remodeling in Bridgeland
Upgrading Bridgeland's newer homes from builder-grade to built-for-you — minutes from our Tomball home base.
A local team, not a franchise.
Bridgeland is one of the fastest-growing communities in Texas, and it has a remodeling pattern all its own: the houses are new, but the kitchens are builder packages. Homeowners move in, live with the allowance-sheet finishes for a year or two, and then call us to build the kitchen they actually wanted — the bigger island, the cabinets to the ceiling, the stone they'd have chosen if anyone had asked.
That work is different from gut remodeling, and it rewards a company that does custom work precisely. There's no demolition drama in a five-year-old house; the value is in design and execution — cabinetry drawn to the room, stone templated to the millimeter, lighting placed for the way the kitchen is used after 6pm. Haven Renovations is family-owned and design-led: Marilu designs it, our own crews build it, one team start to finish.
We're based in Tomball, minutes up the road — Bridgeland sits squarely in our home service area alongside the rest of Cypress. The process is the Haven Way, with daily cleanup and signed change orders in every agreement, and a 5.0 Google rating across more than fifty reviews.
Kitchens, baths, and whole living spaces.
Custom Kitchen Remodeling
Layout changes, structural openings, custom cabinetry to the ceiling, stone templated to your actual runs, lighting designed for how the room is used. See recent kitchens →
Bathroom Remodeling
Garden tub to walk-in shower conversions, furniture-grade vanities, natural stone, heated floors — primary baths rebuilt around storage and daily use.
Cabinetry & Countertops
Custom cabinet builds and reworks, and stone selected slab-by-slab — Bridgeland projects get the same in-person selections as every Haven job.
From builder-grade to built-for-you
The most common Bridgeland project: replace the builder island with a larger custom one, take the cabinets to the ceiling with real crown and lighting, swap the standard-spec countertop for stone you chose at the slab yard, and finish the wet bar or butler's pantry the builder left as an option box. Bathrooms follow the same pattern — the garden tub becomes a proper walk-in shower, the builder vanity becomes furniture-grade storage.
Bridgeland's HOA architectural review focuses on exteriors; interior remodels rarely trigger it, and where your scope does, we handle the submission. Harris County permits, where required, are part of the job.

Straight answers, before you sign anything.
Is it worth remodeling a newer Bridgeland home?
Often, yes — because you're not paying to fix problems, you're paying for exactly the upgrades you'd have chosen at build time, without the builder's markup on them. Kitchens and primary baths return the most in daily life and resale.
What does a kitchen upgrade cost in Bridgeland?
Upgrade scopes — island, counters, backsplash, lighting, cabinet modifications — often land in our $35,000–$70,000 range. Full transformations with new custom cabinetry and layout changes run higher. We measure and give you a real number at a free consultation.
Do you handle Bridgeland HOA requirements?
Yes. Interior work usually doesn't trigger architectural review; where a scope does, we prepare and handle the submission as part of the project.
How soon can you start?
We're based in Tomball, minutes away, and consultations are usually available within days. Design and selections set the start date; you'll get a real calendar, not a vague promise.
Who actually does the work on my home?
Our own family crews, led by the same team that designed the project. We are not a lead-generation site or a franchise that sells your job to whoever bids — the people who show up are Haven.
What's included in every Haven agreement?
Daily cleanup, floor and appliance protection before demolition starts, and signed change orders — any addition to the scope is priced and approved in writing before the work happens, never billed afterward as a surprise.
